Description

Career Cruiser is a booklet that is published by the Florida Department of Education.  There are some great assessments in there including "Discover Your Interests" which compares things you might be interested in to the career clusters.  There are also assessments for Values and Learning Styles that are good.  Overall, it is a pretty good resource for those who are working in the middle school environment.

The Assessment for Values follows a "Career Clusters" Model, and points the student to a potential Career Cluster of Interest once the assessment has been completed.

Rationale

This resource can be used to help middle school students identify some of their interests and values and tie those to career clusters, and eventually career choices.
